How to Add Option of Recent Documents in New Outlook

Outlook, being one of the most widely used email clients, has been continuously evolving to cater to the needs of its users. With the latest version of Outlook, Microsoft has introduced several new features to enhance the user experience. One such feature is the ability to add an option for recent documents. This feature allows users to easily access their recently opened documents directly from the Outlook interface. Step 1: Open Outlook and Go to Settings

To add the recent documents option in the new Outlook, you first need to open the application. Once Outlook is open, click on the “File” tab located at the top-left corner of the window. From the dropdown menu, select “Options” to open the Outlook Options window.

Step 2: Navigate to the Mail Section
